Shipping policy

Once the order has been confirmed, the shipment will take place within the second working day following the confirmation (for working day it is intended from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays recognized by the Italian calendar).

Veronica Accessori reserves the right to verify the validity of the transaction, possibly also by contacting the counterpart's bank. In this case, the shipment of the goods will not take place until the verification procedure is successful.

The couriers currently used for shipments are: UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, BRT, SDA-Poste Italiane and NEXIVE. The Customer does not have the right to choose the courier who will be designated exclusively by Veronica Accessori.

The shipment throughout the national territory (excluding FPO and APO address) and to foreign countries (see permitted destinations) will be delivered in 6-10 working days (any customs formalities may increase delivery times). Delivery times are indicative and based on the average delivery times of the couriers currently addressed. Any delays in delivery will not give the right to full or partial refunds of the goods purchased.

Before confirming the order, the cost for shipping will be indicated, which may vary depending on the country of destination and cannot be quantified in advance.

International shipments:

We can ship virtually all over the world. After entering the shipping address in the cart, the shipping times and costs will be visible.

If shipping is not foreseen for your country, please write an email to Veronica.accessori@outlook.it to request a personalized shipping. 

All shipments are made in sealed packages. The Customer is required, upon delivery, to check the integrity of the packaging. In the event of breakage or tampering with the wrapping, the Customer must make the content verification reserve to the courier before collecting the package.

In case of shortages or damaged items, promptly report to Veronica Accessori according to the procedures provided for returns. Complaints about shipments received by the Customer without reserve will not be accepted.

It is strongly recommended not to use blades or pointed objects to open the package, in order not to damage the items contained inside.

       For shipments outside the European Union, any​​​​​​​The import customs fees will be charged to the Customer. Customs duties and any taxes vary according to the country of destination and are applied upon arrival of the goods in the same country: the customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to check costs and any import limits.

In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (e.g. incorrect address and / or telephone number of the recipient; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.) the amount will be withheld to cover the following expenses: dispatch of goods + return of goods + customs for return and charged to the recipient. Instead, the price of the goods will be refunded.
