Refund policy

Veronica Accessori offers its customers the possibility to replace the purchased goods. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can replace them with any item of equal value. The law (Legislative Decree 206/2005) establishes a useful term for exercising the right of replacement quantified in 10 working days from receipt of the goods. Taking advantage of this possibility is simple, just follow the procedure below:

- Send an e-mail to within 10 days of receipt of the goods.

- The products must be returned intact, inserted in their original packaging complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, covers, boxes, etc.) and with adequate external packaging carefully sealed.

- The transport costs for returns remain the responsibility of the customer.

–  Attention, products sent after the deadline to our warehouse without the above requirements cannot be refunded.

Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

Return of goods / Returns

In all cases of returning the goods, the transport costs are charged to the customer. Except for the return of defective goods in which case the return costs for the replacement of the product are charged to Veronica Accessories.
